the breakfast had a good selection and an omelette station, i will admit.
The shuttle service was frustrating. I often waited over 20 minutes, even for short trips. the jacuzzi was a disappointment. It wasn't functional on multiple occasions and required staff intervention each time. the shower temperature was impossible to regulate, alternating between very hot and very cold. the bathroom also let in too much light in the morning due to transparent windows, a big issue, so bad!

The pool has a fine view. That was definitely a plus.
I wasn't thrilled. the breakfast bread was stale, it tasted old. also, we found holes in our room. Cockroaches crawled in and out. the staff didn't seem to care to help.

the location was set back a bit and this. the views from our room were quite good and i liked the lush scenery (i even saw monkeys!).
i found that it took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room once we returned. the shuttle service to get around the resort was also somewhat infrequent. sometimes we waited longer than i would have liked.

The rooms were fine with views. the jacuzzi added romance. staff members were nice. the shuttle service up the hill seemed like a fun adventure, but it was very efficient. the pool area was gorgeous. I swam for hours.

The resort is located beautifully among lush greenery. the staff was helpful and quick to respond to requests. i liked that getting to my villa required a short buggy ride. It added to the feeling of seclusion. everyone i encountered was polite and eager to help.
the shuttle service sometimes experienced delays. i occasionally waited longer than expected for a ride. more frequent shuttles could enhance convenience.
